Default operation weserubung

On my way to Narvik for operation Weserubung

Peaceful sailing on the way to mission area , beautiful weather .

Reached mission area and medium fog , heavily defended ships , no chance of wolfpack .

Submarine damaged by depth charges , full speed ahead to get any forward momentum .

Good story. I've been stuck on that mission for months now. I just can not find cargo ships in that area. I've sank a carrier, battle crusier, and multiple others. I'm currently pinned to the bottom of the fjorde my about 20 angry destroyers, plus, another task force came in, so now more destroyers are searching/depth charging me, they have air support due to the other carrier that showed up, and that carrier is escorted by another battle cruiser.

I have managed to slowly sneak away once or twice, durring darkness and running deck awash at 1knot, but man it's hard. I have never seen a cargo ship in the area I'm supposed to be hunting them, and the one I did get did not count, because it was just out of the special area.

On the map above....where are the sought after ships, and what time frame did you get them.

I NEVER thought I'd say it, but I'm tired of seeing carrier task forces.

Geez, somebody stirred up a hornet's nest. I guess popularity isn't always a good thing.

You are given a second chance. Try being lesser aggressive this time.

P.S. And bring back our boat! Preferably without any extra holes!

Reloaded and escaped the DDs . Headed to Narvik in medium fog with real navigation . I nearly ran aground twice and got lost once . Finally found Narvik and no ships there . Headed out of Narvik with the fog cleared . While south of Ballstad sighted a large task force in clear weather with battleships heading in my direction . Dived to periscope depth and was able to observe the flags when close enough , german flags . Surfaced the submarine and made my way down the Norwegian coast . Sailing in medium fog west of Trondheim when suddenly engaged by DD out of the fog . Emergency dived and now have the pressure hull at around 65 % capacity . Trying to escape but more DDs are entering the area . Have not seen my home port for over a month , it doesnt look good...........
