Reloaded and escaped the DDs . Headed to Narvik in medium fog with real navigation . I nearly ran aground twice and got lost once . Finally found Narvik and no ships there . Headed out of Narvik with the fog cleared . While south of Ballstad sighted a large task force in clear weather with battleships heading in my direction . Dived to periscope depth and was able to observe the flags when close enough , german flags . Surfaced the submarine and made my way down the Norwegian coast . Sailing in medium fog west of Trondheim when suddenly engaged by DD out of the fog . Emergency dived and now have the pressure hull at around 65 % capacity . Trying to escape but more DDs are entering the area . Have not seen my home port for over a month , it doesnt look good...........

Decided to head west at ahead flank at 50 mts . Somehow i lost the DD before the others turned up . Surfaced when out of range and headed west away from the DDs . I didnt dive again and luckily no DDs , reduced visibility in medium fog . Cruising at full speed to reach Willhelmshaven to make repairs . Medium fog all the way to Willhelmshaven . 50 kilometers outside Willhelmshaven , storm conditions with heavy fog , rain and seas . Basically anchored at all stop for 2 days waiting for weather to change . No way to navigate with real navigation in these weather conditions .
