There are a good number of us working at Imports.
But one of the BIGGEST things hindering us?

The Granny files!
Those are and have been a Nightmare to many Game Modders for
quit a long time now.

I understand why Ubi went with Granny.
It's a fantastic Dev and Game system!

But to make a highly Moddable Game,
as was claimed?
Why deny us the ability to import new Units right from the get go?

Maybe there is a seperate License fee from RAD Games
to give us that feature.

And Ubi wants to make money before releaseing a tool add-on like that?

Of course, how else could they charge us for DLC when great modders can make more and better ones for free.

Nice looking model so far!

I want to model the Vosper torpedo boat now, but alas I haven't found any decent reference material.

Looking for "Vosper MTB" in Google gives you a lot of material to work with.

e.g. http://warshipsww2.eu/lode.php?langu...nazev&zobraz=A

Although I don't know if that is the correct MTB you are looking for.

A counterpart for the S-Boot would be awesome!

Speaking of counterparts...

I'd like to do a small British subhunter after finishing the S-Boot. I just don't know, if all this is worth the work. Afterall one will have to add player controlled depth charges et all. I don't think this is possile in SH5. Still an awesome thought...

Cheers
Chris
