[REL] Historical Chart

The map seen at the chart tables always bugged me, because neither the stock one nor OakGroove's were proper nautical charts. So, I went and found this great site where I found some excellent, high-quality scans of historical charts. This one here is of the Hawaiian coastline in 1942, and I think you'll agree it looks a lot better than the default.

The only bugger is the godawful texture mapping, because as you'll see part of the map gets cut off. Hopefully someday that can be rectified.

This mod will also be part of the next RFB release.
