I'm running SH3 with Grey Wolves and SH3 Commander.
I made the changes recommended in the previous post: weather or not to weather. But, I haven't seen much difference so far. My question: does either Grey Wolves or SH3 Commander have a built in weather Mod? If so, are the changes to the campaign.rnd file recommended in the above mentioned post necessary, needed or even useful? Also, I read somthing recently about the seasonal wave height in SH3 Commander; does anyone recommed this? |

I think SH3 Commander 2.6 does come with a weather mod, but I can't play right now so I have to take others' word for it.
I use the x2 Wave height in Commander. I tried the 'Seasonal' one, but in the summer when the waves are x1 the pre-set deck gun values are unchanged, so you end up with the old "I can't use my guns but it looks perfectly calm" problem. |

I've used the seasonal wave height option since getting Commander but haven't noticed the situation Sailor Steve mentioned. Am very happy with this option. zz |
