The end of my second Campaign, to early

Well my second campaign just ended, its partly my own stupididy and partly do to the area i was in.... I had just finished my 8th patrol and having found no ships to sink i thought i'd station outside of scapa flow and since a couple warships, well i got close and found one a nice hunt 1 destroyer patroling, well I lined up my shots and let them rip... 2 TII electric eels... evade... evade (btw how in the name of Zues did he see them)... then the fun began I brought me boat to 40 meters, the most I could bring her down and ploted an evasion course out of there at 1 knot, evading death charge runs beautifully till... one found its mark... from external view i watched the barrel sink down and 2 feet from my hull it exploded.... flooding heavy i smashed into the seabed and ordered my repair crew going but as most flooding goes, the repair crew does squat, having to rely on the in room crew to do the water removal and I sunk to the bottom... and she flooded through... The VIIB U-45 ended on March 29th 1940.
