improved u-boat was beautiful

Red Brow feels like a dummy for not going to one of these big mods sooner. Now i think a career may be fun to play. But i have one problem - my video card is really messing up. So i have two questions:

1) how can i keep this mod on my SH3 but reset the range for sight back to SH3 original specs or at least reduce it mid way?

2) and or, what kind of video card should i buy?

I have another question to - IuB does not have fatigue - though it has an option to go to RUB mode. Can i just load vitamins and get a half way point?
