Enigma problem

I'm having a problem with an enigma message from the 2nd September 1939. I have checked everything multiple times and no matter what I'm getting a gibberish when decoding. The first message decoded alright but the second one, marked as urgent, is still a mystery. Is it a bug or am I doing sth wrong?

My first two segments: DKUW BQGT
They decode as
YW
LM
QY
OI

So cipher is YLQO and the encryption code is KCZM. I'm using the "Teich" envelope and Hydra schluessel for September 1939. "Innere Einstellung" I'm using is for tag 1-2 and the other thing for 2nd September.

WMYI gives me DGAZ which I put into Enigma but it doesn't work.
