WW2 mod for Cold waters?

I wonder would it be possible to make this game with mods into Ww2 submarine simulator? just wild idea. It would be great because in my opinion Silent Hunter series are just technologicly outdated especially the AI section.

Are you serious? We don't even have a working game for the COLD WAR version yet and you are already asking for the dev to switch back to WWII? Sigh....
