OK, I'm not totally sure exactly what is happening here, but from what I can gather, this is an AI application that shows what the AI is trying to do in regards to image recognition. As in, it is overlaying it's algorithms on the video/picture it is watching.

This is what happens when it is showed Bob Ross's Joy of Painting.

*Warning, I think this is safe for work, it's not vulgar or disgusting, just very weird and disturbing, but I don't know why it's disturbing. You may want to be sober when you watch this, just to make sure you don't carry any of it with you*.
