OK, I'm not totally sure exactly what is happening here, but from what I can gather, this is an AI application that shows what the AI is trying to do in regards to image recognition. As in, it is overlaying it's algorithms on the video/picture it is watching.

This is what happens when it is showed Bob Ross's Joy of Painting.

I'm not sure I'd like to find out what an AI on digital drugs might do; it might do something really dumb, like run for office...
