Default Missing Icon

Hi Everyone,

I have looked whether this issue has been posted and couldn't find so
I am taking the liberty of starting a new one.

I am (graphically) missing the sub icon when I pull out the map; I
can see the waypoints but I don't have the faintest idea where the
sub is cause the sub icon is missing; needless to say I have some
mods on but is there an easy way to restore the icon without messing
with the mods?
Thanks in advance for any hint or help.

PS: It is, thus far, not a crucial issue but it is an annoying one.

There is no need to type your mod list.

In “JSGME”

Go to “Tasks”

Go to “Export activated mod lists to”

Click on “Clipboard”

Paste to your Post.

You are not showing the mod versions you are using but anyway you are missing some essential game mods that make things work and fix bugs etc.

Hi Again,

I have had the free time again to deal with this issue and it goes like
this:

I uninstalled everything -game included- and reinstalled the mods
again and to my surprise the missing icon is there which means I must
have done something wrong.
Thing is: now it CTD's when travelling on map mode with time compression on;

Oh and another thing: if someone is willing to help pls tell me if
the order of the activated mods have been done properly and, most

You do not need the mod below

No Damn Bubbles, No Damn Halo Mod

Replace these all old v 2.1 versions with v2.9

Dynamic Environment SH5 Basemod (normal ) V2.1

Dynamic Environment SH5 BrighterNights V2.1

Dynamic Environment SH5 Waves (normal version) V2.1

DynEnv v2.9 - 1. Main Mod

High Resolution Folder 1

Contains 28 mods. Base mod is folder 1

Do not know anyone who uses this so I have put it at the end of the list.

You need to see if this overwrites any other mod/s when you enable it.

Is he talking about the lack of the icon because of Real Navigation?

The Real Nav mod removes it from the map for realism. Is this what you mean?

Realism? What sort of realism are we talking about, not knowing where

If it was anything to do with Real Navigation he would not see any waypoints.

If you think about it yes. Can you know exactly where your sub is at all times? No. Can you know where it is with proper navigation yes. Approximately.

Hi Peter,

Done what you asked but the game still ctd; but now I can tell
you that it is ALWAYS when I am approaching (not leaving) my
home port and if I reload again it will, go figure, run smoothly.
Any ideas or will I have to put up with the ctd's?

You should not use TheDarkWraith_DC_Water_Disturbance_v4_0_SH3
Notice it is for SH3 and not SH5
