Default New campaign, some questions about mod compatibility

After a long while (and getting new hardware) I've installed Silent Hunter 5 again with mods that I deemed most useful. I've yet to start the main campaign and I have some questions regarding the mods.

Here's the full list with my load order:

1. Real Environment 3
2. SH5_7A_Conning_Fix
3. Equipment and Upgrade Fixes v1.4 - by TheBeast
4. SH 5 Longer Repairs v.1.01
5. NewUIs with TDC for SH5 by TheDarkWraith
6. TDW Ship Inertia
7. IRAI (Intelligent Random AI)
8. TDW No Hydrophone on the surface
9. Reworked Morale and Abilities
10. More crew commands by dialogue
11. Open Horizons II Full
12. My own SH3 music mod


Some questions:

1. Several mods are required to be placed last in the load order, so that is the first problem that I encountered. Open Horizons seemed to have the most changes, so I put it as the last one. Is my load order correct, or should I expect some conflicts with unexpected results?

2. Are there any obsolete mods in my load order?

3. What other essential mods would you recommend that are not in my load order?

4. Is there anything particular to keep in mind when using these mods specifically?

In SH5 mods forum, look for sticky at top of forum, [inf] sobers mega mod which is kept very current.

NOT to be confused with bonus mod download section, sobers mega mod, done by others who uploaded it. this bonus mod download, sobers mega mod, then becomes outdated when mods get revised. It is very time consuming for anyone involved to constantly reupload a mega mod when many mods are being updated.

Ship Inertia is not needed if you use more current mod lists

3. What other essential mods would you recommend that are not in my load order?
Missing equipment upgrade patches, FX update, reworked submarine damage. See [inf] sobers mega mod thread.
