Please can anyone help me with refitting torpedoes and ammo?

I am an avid player of SH3 AND SH4. I just want to say that after a SH4 mission i went to a port for refitting the sub with new torpedo's and the Cannon with new ammo (i am of course complete empty on torpedo's and ammo for the cannon). I go to the port, and I click on the anchor button on top right.A box appears for refit and i click refit and after that it says "refit complete" but i am still empty on torpedo's and ammo for the cannon.Can anyone tell me how to do the refit step by step??.
