Is there a mod out there to give the option of German voices to the SH4 ''U Boat' crews instead of English as in SH3?

You also can have a whole german interface incl. voices and everything
with SH3. I can't remeber exactly how I enabled full-German - but I
believe it is an option when you have activated GWX.

But remember: Everything then is in German. Game interface and
everything...

I think the OP meant "German as in SH3, instead of English". In SH3 you can switch back and forth between German and English with the 'Options' switch on the Menu screen. You can have German voices and English labels, or German or English both. GWX has nothing to do with it.
