Uhmmm...In SH4 there is a file (but I don´t remember where is it), with the bar colour. It seems there is some similar file in SH3. Not hardcoded, I think.

I think it's hardcoded because I have a dll that dump out all the textures the game used at runtime and a texture for this loading bar is not present.
