Default Best way to open/edit .FX files??

What is the best way to open/edit .FX files from SH5
i found NVIDIA DVD Decoder
dont know if it's a good one, what program do you guys use for .FX files

Thank you Gap goblin editor works fine

i also discoverd that .FX are HLSL source code and they're just plain text files
,for short you can open them with notepad.

Yes, these ones are game shaders, and have nothing to do with the next ones, except their extension, indeed

This ones are dat (binary) files. They contain SH controllers, and they can be opened with Goblin Editor, by merging them with their corresponding dat/GR2 file

So for short notepad for shaders
Goblin for controllers

I just consider Goblin as a default thing, just accepting it as normal.
