The Last Israelis
Probably a bit topical at the moment but there is a boook by Noah Beck available as an E Book. The scenario is that Iran has nuked Israel out of existence and an Israeli Submarine with nuke missiles is still about. Do they fire on Iran or not given that their homeland no longer exists??? Not finished but a good read so far.
