u palyer update

I have just triied to play the game i am set up to play offline but launched the game u palyer updated now I canot login it will not except login detailes
please help .

G'day Tracker,

Though my memory is vague I think when you open the login window there is a mesage saying something like 'check your password'. It stays there whether your login details are correct or not and there is actually some other button in the same window you have to click once you have entered your details to progress!

It would be great if you could post a screen shot (or email it if it's easier) of the screens you get as I cannot go back to that screen now. That way we could make a decent post to help others with the same trouble.

This one really had me seeing red cause I went to so much trouble trying to get around it when it turned out I didn't need too!

thank you for you quick reply ,I finaly found my problem with you help .My mistake was not on the login screen going to settings and unchecking offline mode then run the login and then resetting the offline mode .
I was a bit slow off the mark my excuse is it`s my age and the tablets.
