What is the scariest video game you have ever played?

I know its pretty hard to get scared in video games,however one game instantly springs to mind for those that can remember,Final Doom (sequel to the legendary Doom) on the PS1!. Playing this game with the lights off and headphones on was pretty bloody disturbing.One of the scariest levels in that game was near to the end,I can only describe the level as being immersed in hell itself,with burning skies and sounds of crying babies echoing around you,all the while being chased around the level by denizens of hell trying to eat you alive!

Really,a fantastic game in the end.

I miss the 90s...a lot
