Realism- and gameplay-related hardcode fixes for SH3.EXE

This is a fantastic mod that I can't seem to get to work and, would like some help on installing it. I feel h,sie and Steibler are too busy with other questions and makeing improvement to respond and, there's RL of theirs to consider also.

Is this a mod that is tap danceing around the code and as Neals rules go you have to read between the lines to satisfy Neals rules and use it like the nocd crack ?

I know this is asking alot but if someone would pm me and say they'll help I give them my email address so this can be done Offsite and, can give me a step by step on "How to install for DUMMYS" tutorial

I would be so thankfull.
