Greetings, Gang!
After well over a year without SH3, I'm back and doing the Naval Academy gig. Will do the training and exams in Vanilla mode, then get GWX. Being a computer ding-dong, I don't have a clue on how to adjust the screen. I need to narrow the view a bit as round objects appear oval (the gaphics spill a bit from the |5" wide-screen. Can anyone tell me how? ![]()

When I switched to a WS monitor I went into the program that lets me tweak stuff for the graphics card and chose something like "do not rescale." For my ATI card it was Catalyst something or other that came with the card.
Runs the game in the normal 4:3 aspect ratio with black bars on either side. (I use the ResFix mod to make it run at 1400x1050.) Sorry I can't be more specific, not on my home PC ATM... but if you have software that goes with your graphics card I'd check there to see if there's options for scaling/rescaling and see if one of them works. Or you can try out a WS mod, there are a couple of threads on those in the Mods forum. |

This info may be of little help but I'm running the game on a 22" WS and set the nVidia and monitor both to auto adjust (settings went to 1600 x 900) and everything looks okay without any black edges etc.
