Man that is an old one.

I do have RUB 1.45, if you really want it I can upload it for you, but I would think you would want to try GWX 3.0 instead. RUB has not been supported for several years now.

it depends how powerful your computer is, if it is pretty good, get gwx or WAC, if not, get nygm.

thanks guys. im pretty new to the whole subsim thing and i was looking for mods i should get and RUB came up. but if it is no longer supported then i think ill follow your advice and get GWX3

I would say you definitely need SH3 Commander as well
