theglenlivet12 Mate Join Date: Mar 2010 Posts: 54 Downloads: 24 Uploads: 0	Resupplying Harbors I noticed there are some harbors that are neutral, but Im gonna guess you cannot refit there. I am on the missions just after the tutorial and was wondering if theres any way to refit torps and such on the west side of England or if you need to go all the way back to German territory every time.
