There were milkcows in 1939? There is resupply in the game, Operation Drumbeat has some. There wasn't any in '39, which is why you don't get any in the Total Germany campaign.

Definitely needs to be more though, I'm sure the first player campaign mods will make use of this as well. Nice work.

The Corrientes pulled into Las Palmas on the 31st August 39 on KM orders
Day before war broke out
Charlotte Schliemann was there too for a bit
The Belchen left Kiel on Sept 17th 39 and was stationed off Greenland for a long time
Then moved and was finally sunk by the RN in June 41
The Python was stationed in the South Atlantic from May 41 to Dec 41 then sunk
The Bessel was in Vigo from march 40 till Dec 41
Thalia in Cadiz from Feb 40 till Dec 41
The Max Albrecht in El Ferrol from feb 42 till early 44

There were others too
Many were stationed obviously for the KM heavies though mainly the Dithsmarchen class and of course surface raiders needed supplies too
But the ones in Spanish ports were there for uboats mainly though dont think there were many instances of them being used

U495 left Helgoland for her first supply mission in march 42 that was the first dedicated milkcow

This will give you some idea of the amount of supply ships in use by the KM

Yep just have U 463 to add
Did finish last weekend but diasbled the mod without removing the files altered so lost a load of work

Testing is the real PITA as fast forwarding a new career - campaign changes only show in a new career - is time comsuming but am hoping to release in time for the 2nd patch which if memory serves me correct also has campaign changes so will be new careers all round anyway

great idea, heres my 2c worth,
milk cows, is it possible to actually place a stationary uboat at the RV point? my theory is to 'dock' to the stationary sub and lock to it, stationary, on the surface for a min amount of game time [hours] inorder to successfully be resupplied. if you need to break contact then resup stops and you are delayed before you can undock and move away.

this would make you sweat like a real uboat captain.

is it feasible, or am i dreamin??
