Its day 14 of a rainstorm now, and I've gone from the resupply ship in Spain to DT53 with visibility being about 50 feet, and heavy heavy waves making deck gun impossible. Its frigging august, not december, and its the mid atlantic, not the north sea!

Based on the experiences of others as reported here, IIRC using high TC can make the game's weather get stuck or change less frequently relative to date/time in-game. It may be that the in-game weather is linked more to actual playing time elapsed than how much time is passing on your virtual uboat while you're running at a high TC. Just a guess, but for whatever reason there does seem to be a correlation for some people to high TC and lack of variety in the weather.
