News said he was measured with 100 km/h.

What kind of penalty could the people involved get over there in Germany? I can't imagine the police being too amused by that stunt.

Up to two years in Prison or on Parole or a fine.
Prison normally would be unlikely, unless he's a repeat offender, which I assume he is.
