my new record , i came across an hunter killer group formed of an escort carrier and four destroyers while going to my patrol zone . Exactly 255m , i survided but the attack periscope was destroyed i had to go back

I have to wonder how it was possible to take that much damage and only lose 1% of hull integrity.

Now that you mention it, the navigation officer looks like the captain of the Titanic, well, in the movie at least. That's not a good omen!

I'm guessing he's not playing at very high realism level - one of the few posts I've seen with a noisemeter on it. Mind you, I could be doing him a grave injustice, too....

Yea the navagation officer looks like the guy on the titanic movie,watch out for Ice bergs. He already has a bad record with boats.
