In last 50 or 60 or 70 or maybe 100 years after the grand wars this world has seen many peacekeeping missions, wars, rebellions instigated by others in the name of freedom and peace, not to forget God. To name the few countries that got blessed first picks are Vietnam, Afghanistan, Chechenia, Palestine, Libanon, Iraq, Korea etc., not to mention governments thrown down for the freedom and peace, assasinations of really bad people etc. by Russia, USA and other big or small nations. Not only that those countries often helped the weaker side and atacked side not to be squashed by intervening and offering quick peace pacts, they also tried to form good after conflict relationships between everyone involved and above all to preserve the number one thing today in the world, economy, to grow for each country based on their resources and for the good of its own people. Fine examples are Nigeria, south america, Iraq. I am glad to see this has not stopped even today and that such activities are stil going on in Iraq and Georgia and Afghanistan and that there are still well seen and well known examples for those great tries by the mankind. I always say nevermind that Iraqi guy sells fresh water on a radiation contaminated market(waste from nuclear plants for weapons) or that georgian gets lboot on the head on the ground of his nation, that's only happening because you know how they say you can't make and omlette without breaking some eggs.
I am proud to live in such a world. Aren't you? |
