Question for the Modders
Hello Folks, I've decided to try my hand at making a submarine for SH4. You see, I have the urge to play as the German U-A submarine, (the ex Turkish Batiray) So what programs do I need to use to make this happen? Also does any one have any tips? you see I have no idea as to what I'm doing, but I want to try.
