Body disappears in the rain!

Not sure if this is a stock game or a mod prob so apologies if I'm in the wrong forum: Went on the bridge for a look-see in the rain and my watch officer was a floating, disembodied head and a pair of binocs. He muttered something about a Philadelphia experiment and then I went below. Sorry if this is a redundant question but my searches have turned up zilch. I'm running PE3, RFB, RSRD and some radio and boat skin mods on top. Oh and it's 1.4 (waiting for gold version to upgrade).
