Well, the picture is kind of dark and your sub seems to need a good coat of paint. You also seem to be using the metric system on an American boat. That's morally wrong.

its morally wrong that the USA with its anti imperialistic roots
cant adopt the system used by all other nations on earth.
you guys are a little like quebec that way.
(not really meant as an insult to america :hmm

[edit] before it even starts I meant
often resistent to outside ideas even occasionally good ones
due to a sort of cultural protectionism.

They only call it imperial. The fact that everyone else uses it (including all the Imperials) is reason enough for us to...rebel.:p

Hello again
After playing some missions a decided to change the mod's set-up because I was getting an error messsage every time I was exiting the game. So I read more carefully the instruction in the mods and I tried a new setup which so far works fine , although i have a few observation to make regarding both setups. It could be my imagination because I haven't played SH 4 for more than 6 months
1. old setup:

Shot at 2008-07-17
2. new setup:

Shot at 2008-07-25
My observations are:
- I think that the ships appear smaller than before (v1.4) when i look through the periscope. It could be me ( I wiil make a screen capture to confirm) but it doesn't hurt asking
- The recognition manual is a bit different now with the new mods setup. In the previous setup i had the ships listed like : Akita Maru, Nagara Maru etc. Now the ships appear like Medium European Composite etc.
- The failure rate of torpedoes was rather low. In two patrols only 3 or 4 duds, although I got some chills when I was on the attack map and to my horror one of the torpedoes started running in circles
- I could not find a convoy, only lonely merchants.
Anyway this is it so far. Please advice.

Thank you good people for some cool mods

Well

don´t save while underwater

don´t close the hatch until every member of the crew is inside of the sub.

don´t open it underwater to recover the lost crew, they are happy looking for sea life
