[WIP] NBC Radio Station

I've closed voting on my polls here and on the UBI SH4 forum on what to do about the update to my NBC station. There were 18 total votes here, and 6 on the UBI forum. However, one on each site was a vote by me, to see the results more easily whenever I checked the threads, so I'm throwing out those.

So the winner is:

Remake KPO as KFI, and include the new programs - 8 votes

Remake KPO as KFI, but do not include the new programs - 0 votes

Create a KPO Add-on with the new programs - 9 votes

Create a KPO Add-on without the new programs - 0 votes

Create a KPO Add-on and a second NBC station as KFI with just the new programs there - 5 votes

By 1 vote!!
