Long time no sea

Have not played sh3 for a long time and need some help.
I have the GWX 2.1 but would like to know how to change the start date.
And also is there a mod that can get time compression higher than 1024.

SH3Commander is an excellent mod for doing both those tasks!

After sorting that...

Sink some ships!
