How do you requset for a new patrol grid? and why doesn't anything come out when i click the send contact report? need advice.

Welcome aboard josefroi!

Once you complete your 24 hours, you are free to go anywhere.

To send radio messages:

You have to be on the surface
the radio station must be manned
the radioman must not be too tired

These are parts of the game that Ubisoft never finished

You cannot request new orders (no matter what the manual say).

You can send contact reports but you will get assistance from the Luftwaffe only if you're close to German Air bases (Norway, France, Italy and Greece).

Limitations of the game engine I'm afraid
