I'm downloading GWX 2.0, and therefore will start a new career. As a rite of passage, I always raid at least one harbor in 1939. After a few good patrols I become too attached to my captain to send him on these suicide missions, and I retire from harbor raiding.
I know GWX and the stock game had very different "inhabitants" of the major harbors at any given time - is this true of GWX 2.0 versus GWX 1.0? In other words, do the major known capital ships, for example, in Scapa and Loch Ewe in GWX 1.0 carry on into 2.0, or are there changes? I would very much like to pop a nice battleship in 1939 with GWX 2.0. Thanks! |

Well, this is embarassing. There's a thread right below mine on the location of warships in GWX 2.0:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=132349 Hmmm. What excuse should I use? 1. My binoculars were smeared with diesel! 2. I have battery acid burns in my eyes from fixing the below decks damage! 3. Bernard's fat behind was in my way and I couldn't see! |
