Default GWX Water Rollback

Wonder if anyone could help me rollback the underwater visibility settings to stock from GWX2. It just looks bad on my monitor, regardless of brightness settings...

Besides, I kinda liked the swimming pool visibility.

Are you using SH3-Commander?
If so, you can set underwater-visability in it's gameplay-settings, with just 1 click.

The problem is you would have to remember the default setting. In GWX 2.0 it appears to be 18.

Is it just visibility though or is there also a brightness component? For some reason, I thought there was a mix of several different adjustments that went into the water recipe.

I have no idea... I just want to make it look like the stock underwater setting.

Download the sh3 mini tweaker and load the scene.dat tweak file.
then change he under water fog settings.

Or use a hex-editor to change te underwater fogsetings in the scene.dat file

This is the same as what SH3Cmdr does.

0=darkest, 20=lightest. Stock water is indeed 18.

Keep in mind though that any water texture changes will impact the result.
