Docked at Wilmshaven on my way back to Kiel for a refuel, only to depart nearly one month later. Granted they gave me five more shiny torpedoes that may have taken awhile to order in, but is there no way to grab a quick re-fuel away from port without using a Milch Cow (which I haven't figured out yet)?
