Why does it take a month to refuel in a friendly port?

Docked at Wilmshaven on my way back to Kiel for a refuel, only to depart nearly one month later. :o

Granted they gave me five more shiny torpedoes that may have taken awhile to order in, but is there no way to grab a quick re-fuel away from port without using a Milch Cow (which I haven't figured out yet)?

If your using SH3 sommander you can limit your time in port  as far as the milk cow goes just pull up hit esc, and dock at (whatever boat name is)

Yep, SH3 Commander is the utility to use if you want to limit time in port. It also automatically reduces your time spent at resupply vessels to one day.

What a wonderful program.

Thank you guys. :arrgh!:

I'm glad it's fixed. The reason it took so long before is that the stock game doesn't recognize 'refueling'. If you stop anywhere it assumes the patrol is over. Your boat is repaired, refueled and rearmed and your crew goes on leave.

SH3 Commander not only lets you refuel and rearm overnight without a delay, but if you set 'Days in Port' to Random you might be at your home base longer than a month, or, as happened with me in a Type IIa after going home with all my torpedoes, five days for a complete turnaround.:sunny:

What's the matter Kapt.? Can't let the boys let off a little steam in port. Probably need their tubes cleaned.......HAhahahaha......:D:D:D
