Missing Uboat War Badge?

Hi,
I'm currently in my 9th GWX2.0 patrol, and my Kapitanleutnant doesnt have the first badge yet. All others in my boat have the badge.
Is there a set tonnage or number of patrols that you must have before you get this?
Or, is there a way I can fix it so that I have the badge?

Don't you have to award the medal to each crew member?

Just award it via SH3 Commander

Yes, I awarded them through SH3 Commander after my first patrol. But I have yet to see the badge for my character(the Captain)and I'm on the 9th patrol.
Maybe there is a way to fix the game so that I have the badge?

I have never been awarded any badges...only the medals.

Makes me sad.....

Go into your patrol CFG and award yourself 100.0000 DeltaRenown
