Multiple SHIV and 1.04?

I am looking for any news on the matter of using the tool "Multi SHIV" on a 1.04 patched install.

I've heard in another thread that Multi-SH4 does not work with the new patch. I can not confirm this but I heard it on a thread. The name of the thread eludes me though.
