Problem with Deck Gun

Hello,

I've got problems with my deck gun: First it takes nearly 2 minutes to reload each shell; Second, when I issue the command to man the deck gun, no one goes to the stations! The gun will not fire unless I actually go down and aim and fire it, but at 2 minutes for each reload, it takes too long.

I seem to recall a post on this but could not find it--any advice would be apprecated
