Default I finely did it...

I finely got through the GWX manual. I read each and every page...some of them twice..or more...
That manual is a lot of reading.lol..
I will have to say though, The GWX manual is very interesting and informative. It's full of good historical WWII information.

I salute... ***Sallluute!*** the guys who put so much time & attention into this manual. It is by far, the best gaming manual I have ever had the pleasure to read through.

I think it should be required reading for all people new to SH3 prior to their loading up the GWX mod. its that good...

It has been years and years since I have read any Submarine books. I went to our local used book store and they had everything but submarine stuff.

I want to find something by German authors staying with the German side of the U-Boat war...

manuals and books

hello papag39

do me a favour and read mine for me !!

here are a few titles you may or may not have read:

das boot: lothar-gunther buchiem. (as far as a know, this is the only title translated into english from his extensive writing on u-boat life)
iron coffins: herbert a. werner.
hitlers u-boat war: the hunters ( vol 1. ) 1939-1942: clay blair.
hitlers u-boat war: the hunted ( vol 2): clay blair.

the clay blair books are probably the authority on this subject and may require your marathon reading skills

i got all my titles from amazon +
though not german, as such, you could try ' RED STAR UNDER THE BALTIC '

" like the many turning pages,
one thing leads to another..."

cheers

Spoiler warning.

Game exploits are discussed on the above site. These should not be understood as "real world" tactics by any stretch.

Once you read them, you cannot unlearn them.

No offense Brag, but things are what they are.
