Default Mobo question

Gang, I need to know whether this motherboard will run 2 Nvidia cards in SLI.

All the documentation says it supports ATI cards in crossfire, but I cannot find any info on geforce card SLI compatability. It is currently running one geforce card just fine.

I thought all boards could be used with both ATI and Geforce cards but perhaps that is incorrect?

Asus P5W DH Delux motherboard.

........Thanks in advance

Nope - not yet at least as far as I know. If you buy crossfire, you need ATI to make it work. I saw some SLI drivers a while back that will allow some support of Crossfire on an NForce board, but nothing the other way around as far as I know yet.

Still the only real way to do it is use SLI on an SLI board and use Crossfire on an ATI based board. Not sure why you are mixing and matching.

I know nothing about motherboards, and did not know this is an "ATI" board.

Where do I look to determine this?

Your main clue is - it has crossfire support. I own a crossfire board as well - an R580 version.
