GWX BUSY AREAS Intelligence file

Here is a bit of shipping intelligence. The screenie was taken on 24 Dec 1940 but probably is good through 1941, at least. Hope this helps in the hunt.

Maybe other Kaleuns will add this thread and help identify where those blasted Tommies hide their ships.

Happy hunting

Thanks guys, this is just what I need ! Spent 3 hours playing and what did I find ? 2 seperate small Convoys and both Neutral [Portugese & French].
I'm on the brink of 'emigrating' and I should've spent those 3 hours packing and not playing !

Ooops. Just tried to click and move the screenie of the map to see where AM98 was!

I also like to patrol around the CG80's as convoys head into and out of the med.

Ive had good luck at Freetown port (mid1941), limited warships lots of merchants(some with guns),tankers, and a liner. got 8 for 58,000 last trip.

ps watch out for the sub nets on the port side of the harbour protecting the ships on that side. I just sailed right through the port to the back side and lit them up from there.

Same goes for the CG70's if you don't like getting harrassed by air cover.

The eastern half of CA81 is nice for U.S. east coast ships, and you're just off the shelf so you have room to dive
