Two seperate patrols I had merchants running without lights or flag lights. Two of them lit me up with search lights so I sank them. The last merchant that lit me up was armed and mowed my lawn. When I got back to base I was minus reknown for sinking neutrals. Whats up are we to let every unlit ship go?

youve got to refine the Id for shoot or no shoot
of course the neutral will shoot back you shot first. as for the way a neutral responds I dont recommend getting spotted by one with the enemy about at night. |

I ran a patrol recently and stumbled across a small "convoy" consisting of 3 large tankers and 1 large cargo. Their flag was not showing in the flags list, but all were lit up as neutral units so with tears in my eyes I let these massive targets go.
![]() After installing the latest GWX patch I discovered they were Allied units, athough I sailed right through them and they didn't take any evasive action. ![]() Could have been halfway to the 100k club by now. ![]() ![]() |
