Neutral or enemy

Spotted Greek ship sailing southwest of Spain toward the Med late 1941 by this stage Greece was under German control so I was going too bypass it then it started to twitch. This caught my eye closed in and it was zig zagging so I blew it out of the water, yep it was an enemy.

Yep the Greek Navy never surrendered to the Germans. They operated in the Med under the Command of the Alexandrea Fleet. The same applies for the merchant vessels as well. Sink them all

When I meant they are listed as Allies, it's not of course "our allies" but the guys from opposition...

This is kind of relevant, so here we go.

I came across 3 large tankers just west to the port of Spain. They were flying Free French banners with nav lights and lit flags. These are enemies of Germany, but they showed up on my map as Green (neutral). Heres a pic:

I was a little confused by it, so I made way towards them, and my stealth meter turned red and they started evading me, I hadn't fired a shot yet.
I sunk the 3 of them and I got dinged for sinking 3 neutral ships.

Ideas?

PS: Running GWX with an assortment of mods.
