Where to buy SH3, but real cheap?

One of my best friends came by my house the other day and played some SH3 and pretty much had the same reaction i did ......couldn;t get him away from the PC

So i was glad that we both like this game so much and i want to get it for his birthday. Unfortunately, it';s on the 22nd this month. This is not so good because i just bought a new pair of baskeball shoes (Air Jordan Jumpan 2

) and also spent most of my money during the holidays. The reason why i said "real cheap" is because i want to save up for SH4 so i can't really afford to spend too much right now.
I found SH3 in only a couple of places and the prices were as high as 50$ and as low as 25$. So if anyone knows where i could get a cheaper price, i'd really appreciate it.

I'd want to buy a cheap one but then again how would it look if i;d give him a "used" present?.....oh this is some situation....

EDIT: I should have mentioned that i'm from Europe (Romania) so i'm not sure about the shipping time and costs. So should i buy one with 10 $ it will still cost me at the end more than 20 $ because of the sheeping fees. Right?

Well how cheap do you want it. You can get it new anywhere from $8-$20.

I did, but even if i pick one that costs 10$ the shipping fee for EU is 15$. So it basically costs the same as if i were to buy it from here....
