Leaving France with confidence;
 heading on a northwesterly course U49'S WO Spots trouble   2 Nights later the radio sounds of convoy AND ITS CLOSE BY we steam into a perfect postion and slam 2 fattys and dive and as my favorite underwater buddy ((sponge bob)) would say TARTER SAUCE ---PING.PING For 4 hours  one 9000 tonner and one -coup de gra- 7000 tonner  ahh freash air sunset and moon setting
