That's because you can't run this with FotRS, not even with Operation Monsun... Best advice, run those with just flat out stock SH4, make sure to use MultiSH4 to have a separate game save folder for it... ensure you go into the SH4.exe 'properties' & make sure read only is unchecked on the main page for 'properties' & set it to run as Admin, save that & close out 'properties'.

Also, ensure you use either 4GB RAM patch or Large Address Aware, to have 4 GB of RAM assigned to it...

Also, ensure you have it NOT installed, in either:

C:\Program files

or

C:\Program files (x86)

would be helpful to know your SH4 source.. & are you running a single drive in your computer or a 2 HD set up... or 1 drive with external hard drives... that info is helpful to know...
